In order to get your Real Estate License, all you need is 45 hours of the Principles of Real Estate as well has Real Estate Practice and a required elective in which we’ve chosen the Finance course.
All three courses are currently home study and learn at your own pace. Course completion can be done as early as a few weeks!
Your initial fee to invest in your future is competitively just $200.
You will receive a 14 chapter textbook that follows the 14 streaming videos online. Each lecture is immediately followed by fourteen textbook quizzes on each subject just covered.
Once you have completed these courses, you take all 3 exams, held here at the office or online. After you’ve passed all 3 exams, you may sign up to take the State Exam.
The State Exam is only held in Fresno, Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento and San Diego. The fee for this exam is $60 each time you apply for a test date. Once you pass the State Exam, you apply for your license.
Once you’ve obtained your state license and become a real estate professional with our company, you will receive your $200 back after you’ve successfully closed your first deal.
