RE/MAX Magic Real Estate was founded in October, 2006 by Debbie Craig-Banducci. Debbie earned her real estate license in 1989, and over the course of a successful 20 years in the real estate business, she has become an industry specialist in REO/Foreclosures. Her interest in bank owned real estate began while she was working with an established REO agent in a local real estate office and has continued through the present. The long standing relationships she has formed with banks and local vendors, in addition to her incredible vision and tenacity, has helped to advance Debbie as a locally known and respected business owner.
When Debbie opened RE/MAX Magic she was committed to establishing an office that was created by agents for agents, with the intention of building an empire that would leave a legacy. RE/MAX Magic offers real estate agents access to a broker that can relate to every day struggles, the intense highs and lows of the real estate industry, as well as an individual that loves to cheer them on and celebrate their victories. All at once, RE/MAX Magic became more than a name, but rather a mantra for how the company would operate on a day-to-day basis.
In the fall of 2009 Debbie Craig-Banducci opened and started up RE/MAX Magic Central Coast; RE/MAX Magic’s sister office. It has proven to be very successful office. It continues to grow and it is a great connection for referral business in the Central Valley.
